A few years ago I began visualizing a new kind of rose… a light, fresh, modern pink rose that floats on clear bluish water, almost as a waterlily floats. This is Rosé.
Of course, with a name such as this I couldn’t resist creating a light, refreshing rosé wine accord for the top note to accent the subtle fruity quality I find in many pink rose varietals.
