Description
There’s nothing like the scents of the southwestern desert… the interplay of dry and moist; dusty reds and browns with succulent greens. The “Out West MiniSeries” is a fun filled olfactory collection inspired by the desert landscape of the southwestern United States (and a little bit of Wile E. Coyote cartoons).
Among the many fragrant plants and bushes found in this vast landscape are the characteristic white sagebrush that cover the rocky hills of the desert, but the big and small cacti that bloom, and hold the water of this arid land. “Sagebrush & Cactus”, is the representation of the cool, watery elements found in the desert as well as that bracing, woody undertone of the space. It’s beautiful on its own, but when paired with “Redstone Mesa”, the entire desert landscape comes to life.

Tried as vdp. Starts off sharply green, quickly mellows to a pleasant wet green, then gets sweeter, more vanilla-floral with enough woodsy-spiciness to balance it out.
It has low staying power on me and I’d hoped it’d be a bit greener. Nice but probably won’t buy more once I’m out.

Starts out quite potent but mellows out well after a minute or so. First notes I smelled were mostly floral(?), then followed by some watery and herbal notes.
