Description
In the lush density of a jungle atmosphere it feels as though anything could grow and blossom. Rich soil and humidity create the conditions for verdant growth; trees, broad leaf bushes, and of course sultry flowers of every form.
Here we put our full focus on the Sampaquita Jasmine; a glorious white flowering vine with a powerful nectar that permeates the landscape with perfume. It’s this sense of becoming one with the jungle landscape, teaming with sensuality and pulsing with life, is what this fragrance is all about. (That and the electrifying groove of James Brown’s compilation album, released in the 1980’s, called “In the Jungle Groove).
Although the inspirations have different origins, for me, they feel all of a piece. The fragrance, the imagery of the landscape, and the music create for me sensations that all work together and somehow, speak the ‘same language’.
