**FYI: the Voile de Parfum format is created with natural IPM. It is the only format that is ship-able for International orders as it is non-flammable by Dangerous Goods standards. EdP, which uses natural alcohol, is considered a Dangerous Good, due to it’s flammability and can not be shipped outside of the continental US.

WOW! Deep, spicy, rich and sexy as hell. Think low light, a little bourbon in a smoky quartz glass, smooth jazz in the background and the feel of silk on warm skin.

Like Jitterbug, this is an old-fashioned scent, this time more an oriental than a chypre.
It’s definitely spicy with a cinnamon/cardamom vibe – dry, warm and sensual. The rose, ylang and jasmine at its heart recall a Guerlain-like balance, melding one into the other. The base is a solid but airy support of patchouli, vanilla, olibanum and sandalwood.
I am reminded of Guerlain’s classic creation for Josephine Baker, Sous Le Vent.

This is one of my favorites… lush, sexy, elegant and a bit of come hither. Definitely not overpowering. I love the vintage feel… old fashioned without being stale. Very gorgeous on and I just love wearing this!!!

Wow oh wow. I don’t know if I’d be able to pull this off personally, but man oh man would I love this on a woman. Warm, spicy, sexy, comforting. Nearly exotic. Oh, well checking back, it is certainly an oriental.
The blending here is magnificent. The spices, which to me are predominantly cinnamon, nutmeg and maybe cardamom, in combination with the vanilla, jasmine, ylang and rose provide an intoxicating headiness that dances atop the warm and cozy amber-frank-sandal-patch base. This is a social scent.

I have been wearing and comparing Aphrodisia and Jitterbug lately and can’t decide which one I like better. Well: why not love them both?! Aphrodisia is just as described in the other reviews, very smooth and sultry with a kick of pepperiness that I really love. It isn’t overwhelming or in your face, it draws you in rather than grabs you by your lapels. I think that this is where this designer excels: a vintage feel with strength but subtlety. If that makes sense. This is like confidence in liquid form, but doesn’t give you a hangover.
