The free and easy going scent of summer vacation… all sunshine and wafting warm breezes. This is a truly refreshing comfort scent for me. I am always filled with a child-like sense of delight when I sense this note in the air. (Even better when I wear it!).

My love of fragrance is tied to the gardener in me. I grow roses for their scent, but I find most rose perfumes cloying and powdery. En Vacances is sharp and bright, not at all sweet. When I first apply it, I get a hit of green, then the rose moves in on equal footing. This is one of my favourite summer scents. I have the oil essence which is particularly long lasting.
