About This Product

Have a chance to sense the “Giverny In Bloom” scent experience created for Denver Art Museum’s “In Bloom – Impressionist and Post Impressionist flower paintings” exhibit wherever you may be.  DSH has created Monet’s garden at Giverny in 3 accords to create the full panoramic effect:  Le Jardin Vert (the green foliage, trees, and moist earth), La Danse des Bleus et des Violettes (the gauzy dance of violets, irises, and lilacs), and l’Opera des Rouges et des Roses (the dramatic opera of old roses, peonies, and carnations).  The scent experience all came together to a final piece with each accord woven together, which is the “Giverny In Bloom” scent: the aroma created in the scent experience space.

This collection coffret contains: 4 – mini flask bottles of : Giverny In Bloom EdT, La Danse des Bleus et des Violettes EdT, l’Opera des Rouges et des Roses EdP, and Le Jardin Vert EdP along with a leaflet about the Denver Art Museum exhibit.

Dawn Spencer Hurwitz has done it again. The Queen Mage of Aroma has created a quartet of scents that transport the wearer to the lush spring gardens of Northern France–complete with the smell of damp soil, mingling with an orchestra of violets, roses, and all the other rich colors of Monet’s late plein air paintings–particularly the ones which he painted after going colorblind, and which are infused with a palette’s wealth of dense chroma and impasto brushstrokes. Experienced separately, these four perfumes are each delicious and evocative; experienced in quick succession, they give the illusion of an early morning stroll through the flowerbeds and bowers, at the moment when the dew is still fresh on the arched bridge. Congratulations, Dawn, for another lovely achievement!
