Oh I wanted this one to be perfect, for a secret reason, but the animalic on me got a bit funky, and it just was not pleasing. It alas is not meant for me to wear, but I would encourage others to try sampling it as my chemistry is different than others.

I was quite surprised to like this one! Jasmine & Orange Blossom doesn’t usually work on my skin but as a whole this turns softly musky & sweet that the beautiful floral notes are a bonus. I think of glowing orange & gold colors when I inhale this perfume and the scent has an aura of comfy warmth. This may be quite different from scents I usually gravitate to but it works so well for me that I had to order a bottle. I can’t wait to see how this ages.

I requested a sample of this and am in love with it! This is the second perfume with Rose in it from DSH that I’ve tried, and I love both(also the only two I’ve ever liked on myself). That’s two for two! 🙂

How did I miss this the first time through my samples? Eau de Coquette is the jasmine composition I’ve been searching for since I first heard the word “jasmine”, and it is as beautiful as the words sounds. There’s more going on here than jasmine, but when I sniff my wrist, it’s like a gentle breeze from the past, when I had a tiny glass pot holding a trace of jasmine concrete, and I’d open it and breathe in the scent. Mmm…
